Return/Exchange Policy

Order changes and cancellations

  • Products can be changed or canceled before shipment.
  • When the order status shows "shipped", the order cannot be changed or canceled.
  • You can request to combine orders before shipment. International freight has limited length and width, so there is no guarantee that orders can be combined.

Appreciation period

  • Appreciation period: Within 7 days from the day after receiving the goods.
  • All products except custom-purchased items have a 7-day appreciation period.
  • The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to customized products based on consumer requirements.
  • The appreciation period is not a trial period, please note that unsealed, registered, and used products cannot be returned.
  • The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to food products.

Instructions for returns and exchanges

  • Please contact customer service first for returns or exchanges and provide the order number and purchaser's name.
  • Once the product has been opened and used, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
  • Please keep the product clean and intact, put it in the original box/bag together with the gift, and keep it intact in the original packaging.
  • If the original logistics packaging materials have been discarded or damaged, please add appropriate packaging materials to the product packaging to protect the products.
  • Please be sure to confirm the order number and product to be collected by logistics before shipping. Please also keep the shipping documents.
  • Hygiene products such as razors, underwear and products that need to be used close to the body, etc. cannot be returned/exchanged unless they are defective after being opened.
  • If defective products are not reported within 7 days after delivery, they will be sent for repair and no exchange or return will be granted.
  • When a customer changes his or her mind and wishes to exchange or return the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (including changes in color, size, etc.).

Return process

  1. Please contact customer service first to handle returns and exchanges and provide the order number.
  2. Please prepare the following information for returns: put all returned goods and gifts into the box together, and send the goods according to the return method you selected.
  3. After the company confirms that the goods have been retrieved and inspected correctly, we will immediately handle the subsequent refund for you.

Refund process

Depending on the payment method used when placing the order, the number of working days and processing methods required for refunds vary:

  • Credit card payment: Subsequent payments will be refunded directly to your credit card account. Each bank's operating time varies, and the general processing time is about 5 to 7 working days.

Exchange process

  1. Please contact customer service first and clearly note the following four pieces of information in the message:
    • Orderer's name
    • order number
    • Reason for exchange
    • Telephone number and shipping address that can be contacted during the day
  2. After sending the product back to our company, after we receive the complete product you want to exchange and confirm that it is correct, we will immediately deliver the new product to you.
