- Shipping Coverage
Our shipping services cover multiple regions worldwide, including but not limited to Asia, Europe, and North America. Please select your shipping destination at checkout. If you find that your location cannot be shipped to during checkout, please contact us.
- Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods, including but not limited to international express, air freight, and sea freight. You can choose the most suitable shipping method based on your needs and budget. Currently, we only provide air freight services. If you require sea freight and formal customs clearance, please contact us.
- Shipping Timeline
- International Express: Typically ships the Thursday following payment confirmation and arrives within 5 working days.
- Air Freight: Delivery time is approximately 7 to 14 working days.
- Sea Freight: Please contact us. The above times are for reference; actual timelines depend on the postal and freight systems of the destination. Our company observes Japanese national holidays; if a holiday occurs, the shipping date will be postponed to the next working day.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method, destination, product weight, and dimensions. The system will automatically calculate and display shipping costs at checkout.
Note: Shipping weight includes necessary items for international freight, such as shipping boxes and cushioning materials. Our company will minimize packaging volume and weight to save on your international shipping costs.
- Shipping Responsibility
We will do our best to ensure your products are safely delivered during shipping. However, due to uncontrollable factors during shipping, such as weather and traffic, we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays or losses. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service team.
- Shipping Proof
We will provide shipping proof, including but not limited to tracking numbers and shipping company information. You can view shipping details by logging into your account.
- Canceling or Modifying Shipping Orders
If you need to cancel or modify a shipping order, please contact our customer service team before shipment. Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
- Taxes and Duties
Please note that any taxes and duties incurred during shipping will be fully covered by our company. If you are charged taxes upon receiving the goods, please take a photo of the receipt and contact us for further assistance.
Note 1: This currently applies only to Taiwan.
Note 2: Taxes and duties for large or bulk shipments are not covered by this policy.
