The history of Kokura Sanso began with a small store opened in Nagaokakyo, Kyoto in 1945. And it all starts with this " Sagano-yaki ".
The founder of Ogura Sanso, with the concept of "letting customers taste truly delicious pancakes", finally developed this classic after continuous efforts.
Sagano-yaki is seasoned with secret Akan soy sauce and paired with colored paper-shaped seaweed, giving it a unique flavor. The design of the colored paper shape is inspired by the "Sagasanso Colored Paper Shape", which is said to be the prototype of "Ogura Hyundai One Piece".
Since its launch, Sagano-yaki has been deeply loved by consumers. Its unpretentious taste is endlessly memorable.
