Customized purchasing process

2. Waiting for quotation
After receiving your message, we will reply within 1 to 3 working days.
If you do not receive a reply from us within 3 days, it means that this product cannot be purchased and our company will not reply further.

3. Complete payment
It will take about 3 to 5 working days after the payment is completed, and it will be shipped from the Japanese warehouse. If there are special circumstances, we will notify you separately.
4. Waiting for receipt of goods
Usually we will receive your purchased goods within 4 to 10 days after shipment.
Please be sure to fill in the recipient address where someone will receive the goods.
